Our salt & pepper patties are simple, and simply good. A whole hog sausage with just a bit of salt and pepper added, at 4oz each they are perfect for the grill and served on a hamburger bun. This was my great-grandmother's recipe, and I have been eating this mix for as long as I can remember.
A slight adjustment to our salt & pepper patties, we have added local Indiana Pure Maple Syrup to these patties. Perfectly sweet, with good blend of salt and pepper they are perfect for breakfast or slap one on the grill and enjoy as a sandwich for lunch or dinner these are delicious and versatile.
Brat patties for short, these are a deliciously flavorful brat in patty form. Just like your typical brat these things really hit the spot when grilled. Top them off with all of your favorite brat additions and you're good to go.
Oh-so flavorful with just a hint of spice, these patties are quickly becoming a customer favorite, stop in and pick some up and you will see why. Great on the grill, add your choice of toppings, I still haven't figured out the perfect combination just yet, but they are delicious anyway.
